Refund Policy

We offer users the option to cancel their accounts on Risingtigers11 and receive a refund of the money they have in their wallet if they are dissatisfied with the services. The withdrawal request from an unutilized account will attract a 5% charge on the amount in the unutilized account that is being withdrawn.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel, users must send an email to admin@risingtigers11.com. Our team will take necessary action on this and will cancel your account from our end, as well as refund back your wallet balance.

Refund Policy:

We will only refund matches that have been cancelled or abandoned (that is, matches with no results). You will receive the refunded money in your wallet within two working days.
